ResNet残差网络
考虑这样一个问题,网络是不是做的越深越好
网络越深越能拟合更加复杂的问题?
但是随着网络的加深,模型训练过程中可能会发生偏差,可能性能不会增加,而开销会增大
我们要解决的问题是:当增加新的层的时候至少不会让模型变差。
1 ResNet模型
1.1 残差块
通过串联一个层来改变函数类,我们希望能扩大函数类
残差块加入快速通道(右边)来得到f(x)=x+g(x)
可以这样理解:
如果左边f(x)为新加的层,如果没有它的话,意味着这个层什么都没学到
但是下面的输入X还是会过去,到下一个网络
这样做的好处是,就算加了新的层,至少不会让模型的性能变差
也可以理解为,这样设计利用残差的传递来让模型先拟合小网络。
有两中残差块,第一个是输出维度不变,另一种来降低输出维度,高宽简单,但是增加通道数,残差部分也会加入1x1卷积来增加通道,这样才能相加
当然这个残差部分可以加在任何地方,比如在ReLU之后,或者卷积之后都可以

残差块使得很深的网络更加容易训练,甚至可以训练一千层
残差网络对随后的深层神经网络设计产生了深远影响,无论是卷积类网络还是全连接网络
